Citing the Central Pollution Control Board’s recent report which indicated that the bio-oxygen water-level in the Ganga river was close to 8 points, and in 100 ml of Ganga water, the bacteria had reached an alarming level, a group of experts from various fields have demanded instant intervention from the government to check this pollution level in the holy river.
